Akobane slowly padded into the unclaimed territory. Something told her today, was the day. It just felt right. She sniffed the air, and grinned. This was her's. She wouldn't let anyone else take that right away from her. She marked her territory, at each border, and felt quite satisfied. Akobane wagged her tail and sat down. There was much to do. This, was brave. Akobane was brave. A fea claiming a territory? They have every right. that's what Akobane would say. She slowly, aproached a small lake. So small, that it was only 5 feet wide, six feet across. She drank from it, and then watched the small fish intently. With a swipe of her paw, it was gone, and onto the ground. It flipped around helplessly, and then, it was still.

After eating, it was about time Akobane dug herself a den. She walked to a clearing, that felt right. It had many flowers growing, and a small stream that whisked across the area. The fea nodded, and took a deep breath. Akobane dug, just under a tree. The shade would be wonderful in the summer, but the tree didn't have much shade, so it would let in heat for the winter. After Akobane, flew dirt. The dirt piled up just behind her. The small fea whipped around, and brushed it all away. She padded it down, until it was level with the earth. That would also help for plants to grow in, ust what Ako liked. Akobane smiled to herself, and kept digging.

After digging, Akobane sat down in her den, and felt satisfied. She sniffed around, and decided to hunt for herself. Her hunger was intense. Akobane flew down the clearing, heading for a place to hunt. Images flew past her too quickly, and she smashing into a tree. Dazed and hurt, she sat up. Just then, a rabbit jumped past her. Akobane remembered the hunger that drove her to do this, and chased after it hungrily. After a five minute chase, it fell to the ground, and Akobane ate it rapidly. She slowly walked back to her den, dragging her feet, It was late, very late. She tumbled into her den, and the second she hit the ground, fell itno a deep, wonderful sleep.
